With a combined experience of over 45 years, we have completed over 500 real estate transactions in their career involving both residential and commercial real estate.  We have been one of the highest performing real estate teams on record, and have received dozens of accolades for such.

We have been involved in real estate transactions with just about every kind of circumstances:  standard sales, short sales, bank-owned properties, divorce situations, retirement and transition to assisted living situations, probate sales, court mandated sales, spousal and domestic partner related sales and purchases, first time buyers, investor buyers, and real estate developers.

We are homeowners and investment property owners ourselves and we understand most concerns first hand.  We love when asked "what would you do if this was your property or purchase?"  It gives is the opportunity to give you our utmost  honest assessment not only based on your own unique life logistics, but based on our own in similar situations.  So you get both our personal and professional experience as a tool to work with.
